Daniel is French, based in Paris. His career began as an accountant/auditor with Coopers and Lybrand (Paris, France), now PWC, from 1972 to 1979, then as European Group Financial Controller with the General Company of Electricity (CGE, Paris). In 1981 he become as independent consultant/auditor specialising in the organization and the control of development projects financed by the international backers: World Bank (Washington), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KFW, Frankfurt, Germany), Agence French Development (AFD, Paris), and European Union (Brussels, Belgium). He has also had a long association with Lancaster Maclean, performing joint venture audits in the oil industry. He has considerable experience in French-speaking countries of Africa and the Indian Ocean. Good knowledge of German and English. (over 30 years in the oil & gas industry)
