Jim Sangster Worked for Shell from 1973 to 1999 where, latterly, he was Head of Divisional Finance & Contracts. Since becoming a consultant he has represented clients on many assignments worldwide. Il est spécialiste de l’organisation et du contrôle des Projets de Développement financés par les bailleurs de fonds internationaux : World Bank (Washington), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KFW, Frankfurt, Germany), Agence Française de Développement (AFD, Paris), et Union Européenne (Bruxelles, Belgique). D’autre part il a une longue collaboration avec Lancaster Maclean dans le domaine de l’audit des opérations pétrolières. Très bon connaisseur des pays francophones d’Afrique et de l’Océan Indien.
